Ahead of this years festivities take a look at the current Power Rankings before the Week 12 fixtures to help you decide on your bet selections, fantasy line-ups, pick em/survivor pool predictions or just to cause a stir round the table with your relatives.
Some of the sides are tumbling down the rankings as they just cannot get the win to break their losing streaks, other teams cannot stop winning against all the odds and everyone catches their breath after last Monday’s shootout – did either team rise or fall as a result of the 105 point thriller?

32. Oakland Raiders
Despite getting their 2nd win of the season over Arizona last week, the Raiders organisation are in turmoil and there isn’t likely to be much more to smile about before the end of the season.
31. San Francisco 49ers
Coming off a Bye week the 49ers will hope that the rest has done Matt Breida good to help get over his list of on-going injury concerns.
30. Arizona Cardinals
A shock defeat to the Oakland Raiders last week puts the Cardinals under pressure to bounce back against the Chargers. DJ and Larry Fitzgerald will need to perform to prevent the Cardinals third straight defeat.
29. Jacksonville Jaguars
Throwing away a 16 point lead to the Steelers last week handed the Jags a sixth straight defeat. This veteran side unrecognisable from last years play-off team.
28. New York Jets
Following their Week 11 bye the Jets are faced with a tough visit to the New England Patriots to end their four game losing streak.
27. Buffalo Bills
The Bills also returning from Bye will be buoyed by their 41-10 victory over the Jets last time out and will look to continue that against a struggling Jaguars side.
26. New York Giants
A resurgent Giants team will be hoping to make it three straight wins when the Eagles visit. OBJ and Saquon Barkley have carried the side through the season.
25. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccs continue to struggle with QB woes and facing a trip to San Francisco as they attempt to avoid a 5th straight defeat.
24. Cleveland Browns
Baker Mayfield now installed as starting QB and utilising Duke Johnson seems to have helped the Browns begin to turn the corner after tough 2017 season
23. Denver Broncos
Denver pulled off one of the upsets of the season last week overcoming Philip Rivers and the LA Chargers. They will hope for a similar result in Pittsburgh this week.
22. Philadelphia Eagles
A thumping defeat last week at the hands of the Saints, the reigning Super Bowl champs will want to get a win against the Giants in Week 12.
21. Atlanta Falcons
Falcons up and down season continues with losses to the Browns and Cowboys in recent weeks hampering any progress they had made.
20. Detroit Lions
A great victory over Carolina Panthers last week came at the expense of an injury to Kerryon Johnson, adding to the absence of Marvin Jones Jnr.
19. Tennesee Titans
Victory over the Patriots was followed up by a resounding defeat by the Colts in Week 11 and an injury to Marcus Mariota entering the sharp end of the season.
18. Cinncinnati Bengals
A dip in form in line with the A.J. Green injury to be expected. Andy Dalton and Tyler Boyd will hope to have the leading WR back in the fold to avoid a third straight defeat.
17. Indianapolis Colts
The Colts charge continues as Andrew Luck’s confidence in his shoulder appears to have returned. Going for a fifth straight win in Miami.
16. Green Bay Packers
Mixed bag from the Packers this season, improved consistency required to compete with the other NFC powerhouses
15. Baltimore Ravens
The introduction of Lamar Jackson at QB could have been the spark the Ravens needed to make an impact at the end of the season
14. Miami Dolphins
Miami coming off a Week 11 bye have a difficult task with a visit from the in form Colts to look forward too, following an unconvincing performance last time out against the Packers.
13. Dallas Cowboys
Back to back victories have brought the Cowboys season back into line with a real shot at winning a competitive NFC East, this week going up against a divisional rival, Washington Redskins
12. Seattle Seahawks
Seahawks had a promising win over the Packers on last weeks Thursday Night Football and were competitive against the Rams in a very convincing performance.
11. Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings were second best to the Bears throughout last weeks contest but will hope to get back on track this week when they visit Green Bay.
10. Washington Redskins
Injuries may finally have caught up with the Redskins after a narrow defeat to the Texans last week. A divisional clash with the Cowboys doesn’t get much tougher this time of year
9. Carolina Panthers
Crushing defeat to the Lions last week handed the Panthers back to back defeats. Concerns over Cam Newton’s fitness could hamper any further progress in the post season.
8. Houstan Texans
Benefiting from a favourable strength of schedule this season the Texans are taking full advantage, now seven games unbeaten and top of AFC South
7. Los Angeles Chargers
Chargers fell to a shock defeat to the Broncos last week through poor game management. A trip to Arizona could be the best way to get back on track and put on a dominant performance.
6. New England Patriots
Coming off a Bye week after a difficult defeat at the hands of the Titans, Tom Brady will hope to put on a more recognisable display when the Jets roll in for a Week 12 Divisional tie.
5. Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers and Big Ben have found their rhythm having won six games back to back. A win over the Broncos would keep the momentum and confirm the Steelers Super Bowl credentials.
4. Chicago Bears
The biggest movers this week the Bears dominant display against the Vikings confirms they are the real deal. Losing Mitch Trubisky long term would be a disaster but they should have enough to overcome the Lions at home.
3. Kansas City Chiefs
Patrick Mahomes Jnr has had one of the most impressive breakout seasons in recent history. Defeats to the Patriots and now the Rams lead to questions over whether they are ready for the big stage at this moment in time.
2. Los Angeles Rams
A win for the Rams over the Chiefs in difficult circumstances means this young side going into their Bye on a high, ready to tackle the post season with another years experience under their belt.
1. New Orleans Saints
Despite facing one of the most gruelling schedules, Hall of Famer Drew Brees has led the team to nine wins in a row and many wonder if there is any team in the league which will be able to compete with them this season.
